Ideally your chocolates should be stored at 65 degrees F in a cool, dry area away from sunlight and odors.  Chocolate is very absorbent, so be careful what you place it next to.  Humidity and temperatures above eighty degrees have long been the enemies of chocolate confections everywhere and cake balls are no exception.

How long will my chocolates last?

Your chocolates should be eaten within:
Specialty or Truffles Collection - 2 weeks
All other chocolates - 4 weeks
Cake Truffles - a few days at room temperature, and can last more than 2 weeks if refrigerated.  We do not recommend freezing.

To extend the shelf life, follow these important instructions.  Triple wrap box in plastic wrap before refrigerating or freezing. Allow box to come to room temperature at least 8 hours before removing plastic wrap to keep chocolates from drawing moisture or discoloring
