Shipping Information - Our product is handmade and is not always in stock.
Standard Shipments:
Orders take 1 to 5 business days to leave our facility plus transit time depending upon shipping method chosen. Contact us a with any additional questions. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Ground shipments are not guaranteed. Ground shipments to CT, MA, Northern NJ, Southern NY and most of the Tri-state area will arrive within one day after leaving our facility. 2nday Air shipments are guaranteed to arrive in 2 business days from the day it leaves our facility. Next Day Air shipments are guaranteed the next business day once leaving our facility. Thank you
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible from our factory. Most shipments leave our facility within 2 to 5 business days depending on inventory no matter which shipping method is selected.
* Due to the perishable nature of our cake balls, we can only ship on Monday or Tuesday if you select Ground Shipping. If you select 2-Day Air or Overnight, we can also ship on Wednesday. Our cake balls are made-to-order, so any orders placed after noon (Eastern) on Tuesday will ship the following Monday. Please be sure to note your preferred shipping date in the comments box during checkout. We will do our best to ship it on that date. It is very important that you select the address where you or your recipient is most likely to be (home or work) when USPS delivers. We cannot be held liable for orders not picked up within 8 hours of arrival.
Warm Climates:
Shipments to warm climates must be shipped via Next Day or Second Day Air.
2nd Day Air shipments placed to warm climates on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Next Day Air shipments placed to warm climates on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

You can request a warm climate delivery to ship on Thursday or Friday but the condition of the chocolate on arrival can not be guaranteed.
Saturday Delivery can be requested via the comments section and might require an additional charge.
